Charles B. Smith was born in Houston in 1975. Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Management. Mr. Smith received his master’s in business administration (MBA) from The University of Dallas in 2010. He joined Robert Harrell Incorporated as a Senior Performance Analyst in 2014. In 2023 Mr. Smith became the firm’s Director of Research and manages all aspects of the firm’s investment research including investment manager analysis/monitoring/searches, client reporting, and data processing for RHI reports and consulting services.
Prior to joining RHI, Mr. Smith worked as a Senior Performance Analyst for Empirical Modeling and Analytics (2005-2014). He has worked in the investment research, analytics, and finance industry since 2005.
