Vance M. Arnold, CFA was born in Gilmer, Texas in 1944. Mr. Arnold graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1966 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M at Commerce in 1968. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1974 and is a past president of the CFA Houston Society. He joined Robert Harrell Incorporated in 2024 as a Senior Consultant.
Prior to joining RHI he worked in securities analysis, asset allocation, portfolio management, management of a small/mid cap equity mutual fund and institutional sales. His client base included Foundations/ Endowments, Pension/Profit Sharing plans, Taft Hartley plans, Non-Profits, Insurance and Corporate assets and High Net Worth Individuals. He has worked in the investment industry since 1968.
