Paul W. Dlabal, MD was born in 1949. Dr. Dlabal received his M.D. from Johns Hopkins University in 1975 and completed his Internship, Residency (Internal Medicine), and Fellowship (Cardiology) training at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, Lackland AFB, Texas. Dr. Dlabal is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, American College of Cardiology, and the Council on Clinical Cardiology of the American Heart Association.
Since 2001, Dr. Dlabal has worked as a financial adviser, drawing from his experience as a practitioner and practice manager in the medical field as well as extensive experience in the investment arena. His experience in helping patients has given him a unique perspective when implementing strategic and financial solutions.
Dr. Dlabal joined Robert Harrell Incorporated in 2010. Prior to that, he was a financial adviser with CACH Capital Management, LLC (2008-2010), Choice Advisory Group, Inc. (2006-2008), and AXA Advisors (2001-2002). Additionally, Dr. Dlabal held broker affiliations with the following broker-dealers: Direct Capital Securities, Incorporated (2008-2010) and Choice Investments Incorporated (2006-2008). In the medical arena, Dr. Dlabal is President and CEO of Cardiovascular Research Associates, P.A., which he founded in 1995. He also founded the Center for Cardiac Rehabilitation in Austin, Texas in 1990 and Texas Cardiovascular Consultants in 1984.
